How do I activate both cameras on one account?
Download the Furbo app and create an account. Then follow the steps to add one camera at a time. Proceed to checkout and select your plan type.
How does the app work when it connects with multiple cameras?
When you open your Furbo app, you will see a list of your cameras at the top. Click to the room you want to see or toggle between rooms in live view. Your videos and reports tabs will show content and data collected from all rooms throughout the day.
What are the best treats to use with my Furbo?
Note the Furbo 360° Dog Camera can load and toss treats, while the Furbo Mini does not. We recommend using dry, firm, & round treats that are around 0.5in for best results. See our Recommended Treats List online for specific recommendations.
